Hi, I’m Jill Schmitz — owner of Bluestone Virtual Assistants & Management, proud mom, wife, and someone who has always believed in serving others with heart and excellence. After spending 24 years in the corporate world, I realized that what I loved most was helping people feel more organized, supported, and confident in their work. That passion is what inspired me to create Bluestone: a business built on loyalty, trust, and the joy of making life easier for others.
My journey into the virtual assistant world began long before Bluestone had a name. Over the years, I became the “go-to” person for coworkers who needed clarity, structure, or someone who could take a tangled mess and make it simple. I discovered that I thrive when I can lighten someone’s load—whether that’s inbox cleanup, scheduling, writing, organizing systems, or bringing order to chaos. And after helping so many people behind the scenes, I finally decided it was time to step forward and turn that passion into a business of my own.
What motivates me most is the ripple effect: when clients feel supported, calm, and caught up, everything else in their business improves. They show up better for their customers, their families, and themselves. Knowing I get to play a part in that transformation is incredibly meaningful to me.
Today, I combine years of corporate expertise with a warm, personal approach—along with new skills I’m developing in AI technology—to help small business owners and solopreneurs reclaim their time and confidence. My goal is simple: to be the steady, trustworthy support you can count on, so you can focus on what you do best.
